                 We offer two support options to provide a solution that meets your business needs:

 

 
   Option  A  -  Scheduled Onsite Service   (Best Deal - Super Saver Time Blocks)

      

   Option  B  -  On Demand Support Calls   (Based on Response time)

                                   •   (LEVEL 1)         Next Business Day Response
                                   •   (LEVEL 2)         Emergency,  5-Hour Priority Service
                                   •   (LEVEL 3)         Emergency,  after hours  11pm-9am 
                                                                                                    Priority Service.

 

 

  

  Option  A  -  Scheduled Onsite Service   (Best Deal - Super Saver Time Blocks)

         Our Technician will go out to your site once a week to troubleshoot, and fix any Desktop PC problems.
   Also, our technician will be on-site to answer any questions concerning Hardware and Software applications.
   Please advise your users to write down any questions or possible problems and present it to the Technician.
   Parts not included. 
        

              To sign up for this plan, you can purchase time blocks, listed below, at the following rates:

                        
                                      2+   hours   per week M-F   9 a.m. to 6 p.m.   $45 per hour
                                      4+   hours   per week M-F   9 a.m. to 6 p.m.   $45 per hour
                                      8+   hours   per week M-F   9 a.m. to 6 p.m.   $40 per hour
                                     12+  hours   per week M-F   9 a.m. to 6 p.m.   $35 per hour

             Example:
             Company ABC  schedules  (4+  hours ,  at  $45 per/hr.)   Monday 9am - 11am and Friday 4pm - 6pm:

  Option  B  -  On Demand Support Calls   (Based on Response time)

 

           

            

         (LEVEL 1) Next Business Day Service:       
                            This service is scheduled for the Next Business Day from time the request was received
                            and is billed hourly.  Parts not included.

                           • Monday - Friday      (9 a.m. to 9 p.m. - Rate $50 per hour) 
                                                              (9 p.m. to 11 p.m. - Rate $70 per hour)
 

         (LEVEL 2) Emergency, 5-Hour Priority Service
                            For support that is mission critical to your business,
                             fast sameday maximum 5-Hour Response Time.
                            This service covers all Hardware and Software issues, billed on an hourly basis.
                            Parts not included.

                           • Monday - Friday        (9 a.m. to 9 p.m. - Rate $60 per hour)
                                                                (9 p.m. to 11 p.m. - Rate $70 per hour)
                           • Saturday - Sunday      (12 noon  to 11 p.m. - Rate $90 per hour) 
 

         (LEVEL 3) Emergency, after hours Priority Service
                            For support that is mission critical to your business, outside normal business hours.
                            This service covers all Hardware and Software issues, billed on an hourly basis.
                            Parts not included.

                            • after hours   Mon - Sun   (11pm-9am)                 Rate $99 per hour.
